We offer three payment options (including a no-interest, monthly
payment plan) designed to suit different budgets. Cost of treatment is based on severity of the patient's problem, as well as the quality of care patients receive in our office. This will also be discussed at the
consultation appointment prior to initiating any treatment, thus making the most of the valuable time you have set aside from your busy schedule to meet with us. Dr. Heller has set aside ½ hour for your visit
with NO FEE for this initial consultation. So that we may continue offering this as a COURTESY visit, please contact the office at least 24 hours in advance should you need to reschedule.
PAYMENT OPTION ONE – Payment in Full at the start of treatment with a bookkeeper's discount of 5% for cash or check and 3% for credit card. PAYMENT OPTION TWO – No downpayment is required.
Financing of treatment is provided through Orthodontists Fee Plan. Plans are available for between 18 and 60 months depending on your needs. Please use the link provided to find out more about OFP.
PAYMENT OPTION THREE – An in office payment plan with no interest. A downpayment is required in most cases. The size of the downpayment and the length of the contract depend both on the
